The Service Provider CCIE track offers a variety of temptations for CCIE candidates. But it is one of the most overlooked tracks, consisting of only 6% of CCIE tracks (about half the number of guarantees), and only 2% of the R & S impacts of climate change successfully implemented.
Looking at these figures, I find something of a rarity. It is clear that R & S is by far the most popular tracks, and like most people, the first thing I did. By far the greatest achievement of my intellectual life was to get my first CCIE. But after doing this, like many people in the study bug, it is useful to consider what the next study.
I see two different paths to the CCIE SP. The first is for those who choose to take as the first track (just over half of the SP candidate). This category is probably composed of students working with Microsoft technologies on a daily basis – BGP, MPLS and MPLS VPN. For this category of students, it seems the obvious choice to take the technology as a means MS are fairly well focused on strengthening and networking with agencies intense SP protocol. For those who take this path, the reason is clear.
The second path, the path I took and I would argue that for a number of other CCIE R & D to expand the level of knowledge, and I think you started to complete fully demonstrate your experience with Cisco routers at any environment.

For those of you who have or are completing your R & S track, I invite you to consider your second MS. The voice is another animal altogether (the one I am still in the process of obtaining) and security based on the R & S in a different way of using protocols on a different set of platforms (among others).
MS is unique in that the R & S in hand, you already know half of what you need to succeed and to learn from the last half, you get a better perspective on both your company and supplier of knowledge technological. If you want to distinguish yourself from others is the best return on investment in terms of time to study, even for a CCIE by one of the options available.
